My Rocking Wardrobe is committed to providing our customers the best service possible. If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you receive they can be returned for an exchange or a refund. My Rocking Wardrobe must be notified within 17 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn and unused with tags.

Damaged/Faulty Items
We check every item sent out for faults and package items carefully to ensure safe arrival. However in the rare event that a product is found to be faulty on arrival then please contact us within 17 days of purchase to discuss your options.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us at info@myrockingwardrobe.com within 17 days of purchase. Items must be returned in unworn and unused condition with tags. Once items have been returned in condition specified, you will be credited a refund (less shipping costs).
Please note that items are to be returned to our offices in Korea. Buyers are responsible for bearing the cost of return postage.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange a size or item, please notify us at info@myrockingwardrobe.com within 17 days of purchase. Items must be returned in unworn and unused condition with tags.
